All of the sponsor opportunities have been filled. Below you will find reference to the benefits being afforded to each level of conference sponsorship.

The conference will be entirely virtual and live from 9am to 3pm Eastern on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, Thursday, February 5, 2026, and Friday February 6, 2026. It will be hosted on Zoom.
All levels of paid sponsorship include the vendor package. All pricing in Canadian dollars. NOAT Supporter Network members receive a 15% discount on listed prices. All paid sponsor and vendor packages include two conference registrations.
All sponsors are required to contribute at least one door prize with a value of $50.00 or more to the conference. This can be a product you represent. Contributions must be electronically deliverable and electronically redeemable. Please understand that attendance is open worldwide so door prizes must be available in the region of the winner.
All paid sponsorships are eligible for one or more 45 minute presentation slot. Please see your individual level of sponsorship below for details. These presentations are intended to be informational and educational on an AT related topic that may include the demonstration of one or more of their products. These presentations will not be permitted to contain purely sales related information. Prior approval of the presentation outline will be required. Presentation slots will run concurrent with other non sponsor presentations. Consideration will be given where possible to availability of presenters and time zone differences.
AT professionals worldwide will be able to register to attend free of charge. Live attendance will be capped at 225 people. All presentation sessions will be recorded and replays made available to registered attendees for two weeks after the event. After the two weeks the replays will be archived in the members only area of NOAT and free for all NOAT members.
The vendor mall will remain intact as it was at the close of the conference and will accompany the replay postings.
Sponsors will receive contact information for registrants as per their consenting during the registration process.

Assignment of one day out of the three event days to be highlighted as a headline sponsor
Two 45 minute presentation slots for an informational and educational AT related presentation
May include the demonstration of one or more of your products
Not permitted to be purely sales focused
Prior approval of presentation outlines will be required
Presentation slots will run concurrent with other non sponsor presentations
Presentations will be recorded for inclusion in conference replays - If both are substantially different they will both be included in the replay otherwise the sponsor will choose which to include
One vendor package with priority placement of company logo in vendor mall website
Option to book up to two virtual ‘Drop In’ rooms for up to 45 minutes each for 1:1 meetings with attendees. Times and days subject to availability. Your slot will be advertised in the conference schedule and breakout rooms will be available to use

Two conference registrations with access to the entire three day event
One space - $400.00 each - All spaces are filled at this time
Secondary display of company logo on all conference advertisements, website pages, and day of event materials
Highlighted on one or more of the three event days along with the assigned headline sponsor

May include the demonstration of one or more of your products
Not permitted to be purely sales focused
Prior approval of presentation outlines will be required
Presentation slots will run concurrent with other non sponsor presentations
Presentations will be recorded for inclusion in conference replays - If both are substantially different they will both be included in the replay otherwise the sponsor will choose which to include
